Sent7:42 pm, shopper's time
Email, SMS, WhatsApp and web push for your Shopify store. Sent only to shoppers who said yes, and every skipped message comes with its reason.
Built for Pakistani stores first: your store's name as the SMS sender, WhatsApp through Meta's own platform, and a separate email sending reputation for every store.
Sent7:42 pm, shopper's time
SkippedNo SMS consent. Email went instead.
HeldQuiet hours. Sends at 9:00 am.
SkippedDaily push limit reached.
One abandoned cart, four channels, four copies. Example data: not a real store or shopper.
Campaigns and automations run on one engine, so every message passes the same checks in the same order. If one fails, the message is skipped or held, and the reason is recorded.
A small share of shoppers gets nothing, so you can see what the campaign really added.
Per channel, synced both ways with Shopify. Unsubscribed means stopped.
An order ends the journey, cash on delivery included.
Per shopper and channel. For example, one email in 16 hours, one SMS a day.
SMS, WhatsApp and push only from 09:00 to 21:00, shopper's time.
No cap set means no paid sending. No surprise bills.
Set the order you prefer. If a shopper can't be reached on the first channel, Retain Flow tries the next one they agreed to. A missing email address never makes it OK to send an SMS.
Amazon SES, with a separate sending reputation per store
Send from our authenticated domain from day one. Add a few DNS records and your store sends from its own domain.
One-click unsubscribe in every marketing email. Bounces and complaints are suppressed automatically.
Your store's name as the sender, through a local route
Local prices, and opt-out instructions in every promotional message.
Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, on your own number
Connect your WhatsApp Business account through Meta's signup. Send Meta-approved templates. Meta bills you directly for its messages.
No unofficial or QR-code tools, ever.
Standard browser push, run by us
Turn on the app embed in your theme. Shoppers see your own prompt first, then the browser's.
No per-subscriber fee from a push vendor.
Most tools credit every sale that comes after a click. Retain Flow also holds back a small control group, so your report shows the sales a campaign added on top of what would have happened anyway. Orders are counted from Shopify, and cash-on-delivery orders are shown separately until they're paid.
Example figures, not a real campaign. Small stores need time to collect enough control-group orders; the report says when there isn't enough evidence yet.
Sign-in, billing and your customer records stay with Shopify. You see the plan in Shopify before you approve anything. Retain Flow is opening to its first stores now.
